	Joseph P. Stephens is a native of New Orleans and active member of his community. After graduating from Our Lady of Holy Cross College with a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences, he’s worked in the field of financial advising for more than 13 years, including service with MetLife Financial Solutions. In 2007, after 10 years with a regional brokerage firm, Joe demonstrated his loyalty and commitment to Algiers and his constituents by constructing the Holiday Drive Office Park where he started and located Stephens Financial Services. He recently completed the College for Financial Planning and soon will be a certified financial planner. Joe is a member of the Westbank Rotary Club, Kiwanis Algiers Morning Club, Algiers Economic Development Foundation, Krewe of Bacchus, Harvey Canal Industrial Association and the Financial Planners Association.
	Barbara Faucheux joined Joe in late 2007. Before that, Barb spent 32 years working for a major corporation. She held a number of jobs there including purchasing agent and computer systems administrator. Barbara enjoys working at Stephens Financial Services and with the clients they serve
